US Mobile Socials

TL;DR

When I took over US Mobile's social accounts in July 2024, we had content but no real strategy. Posts went out. People (mostly) ignored them. So I built a framework from scratch: content pillars, a posting cadence, a creative voice across five platforms. Then we started having some fun.

Turns out, fun works. A series of original video concepts around iPhone sizing comparisons racked up over 7 million views on Instagram alone, reached nearly 5 million accounts, and drove hundreds of thousands of likes, sends, and reposts. All organic, zero paid. Across all five platforms, monthly impressions grew 772% (from 46K to 401K) and our combined following grew from 17.5K to 50K.

The viral moments were great. But the real win was proving that a value-focused wireless brand could have genuine personality online. Now in H2 2026 we're building on that foundation with a strategy that balances brand awareness with product education. Same instincts, just pointed more directly at the business.
